Hiro Hayashi

Hiro is originally from Gifu, Japan, where he spent his childhood. He moved to London 25 years ago to pursue a career in hairdressing. His first salon job as an assistant was at Stage Door Salon in Covent Garden. After completing a two-year apprenticeship, he moved on to Paul Matthew Hairdressing in Garrick Street, Covent Garden, where he worked as a stylist for over a decade.

Since leaving Paul Matthew, Hiro has worked as an educator at several renowned salons and academies, including Propaganda Hair, Ora Salon (now Ena Salon/Allilon Education), Transition Salon and Academy, Mazella&Palmer (now Mazella&Partner) and Gary Ingham Aveda salon.

Over the last 10 years, he has traveled across Europe, collaborating with renowned educators and teaching students from all over the world. Now based in London, Hiro’s aim is to provide a highly sought-after teaching method that is clear, easy to understand, and practical. He tailors his approach to students of all levels, ensuring they can easily apply the information to achieve their goals.
